Other works

Fascinated by the movement of water as well as man's impact on the natural environment, many of my works over the years have addressed issues of sea level rise (see also video installations). A solo exhibition On the Brink explored the likelihood of Ynys Enlli breaking into two islands, Venezia Contemporanea, a parallel show to the Kyffin in Venice show at Oriel Mon, also showed video of the edges of the sea as they lapped over the pavements. Further work there was more simply about delight in the action of light on water, as has inspired many artists in Venice.
Sea Bed is the oldest work on my website and I keep it as a reminder of my passionate and bodily identification with nature and the sea, also seen in the video installation Sea Breathing.
